Create a Change Leader’s Roadmap: A basic tool to drive change in an unorganized organization.
Using the Handouts samples attached as an example, create a change leader’s roadmap based on where you work, self-employed or other organization.
The roadmap can be in PowerPoint, Word, Excel chart or Picture form.
Your road will need the following elements:
1. Title Page
2. Summary of where you work (if you don’t work, please create a map based on an organization, business or company)
3. Roadmap
4. Roadmap narrative summary
5. References (at least two, in APA format)
