Use an Appropriate Leadership/Consultant Theory to Evaluate the Analysis
In Week 4, you summarized the team’s analysis of the data generated and reached conclusions based on the team’s efforts to solve a problem or address a change opportunity.
This week’s lessons are not about the data or conclusions reached. Your task is to formulate an honest appraisal of the decisions made, the actions taken along the journey, and—most importantly—the lessons learned along the path of change.
Create a video presentation in which you:
- Assess your leadership approach and your effectiveness to address the problem the team solved or change opportunity the team addressed.
- Provide a post mortem analysis of what actions went well (or not) or as planned, and what challenges you were able to overcome (or not).
- Remember, there is always another problem to solve or another change opportunity to consider. Be honest with yourself and your team, and then determine which actions would you repeat, and which steps must you take to reach the end of your journey?
